Not like that in Ireland
13:55 Whats the book name mentioned by Craig he says he is reading? He said it so quickly i couldn't make out after reducing the speed of the video?
(Inaudible name of the writer) Autography of Aaron Burr Edit: the name is Gore Vidal, the book is called "Burr" from 1973. He actually mentioned the book a lot in his Late Late Show
@@derrickstorm6976 Thank you so much Derrick. 🙏
Thanks Mr. Tom Papa for interviewing Mr. Craig Ferguson.
Craig's observation of social media is spot on. It's not good for anyone to be buried in tic tok, etc for hours .i was on TikTok for one day and was lost for hours, and not in a good way.
How can fresh bread remain safe without somebody tearing into it? Salivating in Arizona
What’s up with this guy? Is he a cockatoo?
6:05 Bill Burr shout out?
So happy about the shorter cuts... like this one, not necessarily standup shows..🤔😏
❤
I feel like this bit could’ve been funny, but he just completely failed it
So true. Don’t waste your time and money on stuff that I don’t want or need But Lindt chocolates are nice, the ones in the red wrapper, the white ones are ok too, or the hazelnut
As one with ADHD, I would require validation at least. Although I'm not a father yet.
He will use power tools through. Powertools are a good givt if he likes working on things
Me and the wife are kid free this weekend. THEN I realized it's father's day weekend. Perfect gift
I like stuff. Give me stuff. I don't know who this guy is. Tools are great.
Don’t listen to him
Sure, here's a short dialogue between Tom Papa and Craig Ferguson: Tom Papa: Craig, you ever think about giraffes? Craig Ferguson: Giraffes? Oh, absolutely. They're like the supermodels of the animal kingdom. All legs and neck, and they make it work. Tom Papa: Yeah, but have you seen them drink water? It's like they're trying to do downward dog at a yoga retreat. They have to spread their legs so wide just to reach the water. It's like watching me try to tie my shoes after Thanksgiving dinner. Craig Ferguson: (Laughs) It's true! They look like they're doing some kind of awkward ballet. And those necks! It's like they're nature's periscopes. "Oh, what's happening over there? Let me just take a look... oh wait, I'm still looking over here!" Tom Papa: Right? And when they run, it's like slow motion. They're the only animals that look like they're running in a dream. You ever notice that? Craig Ferguson: Yeah, they're like, "I could go faster, but then I'd spill my tea." And have you seen them fight? They use their necks like whips. It's like two drunk uncles at a wedding trying to settle a score with neck jousting. Tom Papa: (Laughs) Exactly! And they always have this calm, superior look. Like, "Yeah, I know I look ridiculous, but I’m still taller than you." Craig Ferguson: It's like they know they’re the tallest and they’re not even bothered. "Go ahead, mock my neck. At least I can see the concert from the back row." Tom Papa: And can you imagine their daily life? Just reaching up to the top shelf without even trying. "Oh, you can't reach that cookie jar? Let me help you with my seven-foot neck." Craig Ferguson: (Laughs) It’s true. They’re the ultimate snack getters. But you know what? Despite all their quirks, they’re still majestic. Like, they’ve got this whole "I'm weird, and I love it" vibe. Tom Papa: Absolutely. Here’s to the giraffes, the gentle giants with the best neck game in town. This dialogue captures the humorous and observational styles of both Tom Papa and Craig Ferguson, focusing on the quirky charm of giraffes.
Sure, here's a short Craig Ferguson-style routine about giraffes: You know, giraffes are amazing creatures. I mean, who designed these guys? It's like God was playing Mr. Potato Head after a few drinks. "Let's give it a long neck... no, LONGER! And spots! Lots of spots! And make it run in slow motion!" Have you seen how they drink water? It’s like watching a drunk yoga instructor. They splay their legs out like they're about to do the splits. "Hold on, just gotta... reach the water... Oh no, not again, I’m stuck!" And their necks, man, those necks! It’s like the neck keeps going and going, like some sort of biological prank. I imagine a baby giraffe saying, "Mom, I want to look over there." And the mom says, "Just wait a second, your head will catch up eventually!" But despite all that, they’re so graceful. They walk like they own the place. It’s as if they’re saying, "Yeah, I look ridiculous, but I’m majestic as hell, deal with it." And we do! We look at them in zoos or on safaris and think, "Wow, nature really outdid itself this time. Or maybe, nature was just having a bit of fun." And have you ever seen them fight? They fight with their necks! It’s like a slap fight at a noodle factory. Just these giant necks swinging at each other. It’s like watching two cranes having an argument. "I told you to stay out of my tree!" WHACK! So, here’s to the giraffes, nature’s awkward yet elegant giants. Next time you see one, give it a nod... though it might take a while for it to nod back. That's a short routine inspired by Craig Ferguson's comedic style, focusing on the quirky and endearing characteristics of giraffes.
Take my out to eat
I like chocolates. And hand made things. And cake.
One of the funniest guys around
i don't ever really want to hear an old joke. You can throw out a reference to hotpockets, but i dont really want to hear the old stuff.
Why do you need two microphones the size of milk bottles on the table?
I agree with how long a comedy show should go. As a fan, 90 minutes is perfect. Any longer and my weed buzz starts to wean
The two funniest guy still out there.
I relate to Craig's not calling anyone.
Craig needs to drink and do drugs.....hes a poof now
😂😂😂 preach it Brother, love you podcast 🍞🥐🥖🥯🍞🍞🍞😊
Hands down best late night host in modern American history. He is dearly missed.
Craig, you look and sound so great! Best of luck to you and yours!
1:02:55 ... Tom, only clowns on stage think that's all people are... "doing something and finding out whether it works or not". The rest of us work hard, learn, respect good work, and look for the human being under the clown/terrorist mask.
You know I got into Craig show late when he only had a few years left as it goes and I really miss him just so good at what his show was pretty much the same every night but then you watched it the next night and it's like you're watching it for the first time now that says something that says it all right there
Miscelli's in North Hollywood, great Italian food. And I miss "my buddy" as my wife called him, Craig Ferguson being on the tube at night. Absolutely loved the show. Hey Craig, tour in SoCal in the boonies, (Tiverside County", so I can see you live. Pretty please, with sugar on it!
Thumbs up before watching. Anything with Craig is gonna be good.
His show was only a rough outline which was filled in and written as the show progressed. Loved the robot, Geof, (don't know how to spell it).
Lovely
Ferguson had the best talk show.
Best interviewer EVER in late night.
Craig was the second best US Late Night TV chat host - a natural, no fake bs and fake laughing and genuinely funny and brought that out in his guests 🙏🏻🙌🏼
Nice episode; even though not current. I will for sure look for her stuff, at Whole Foods. Can’t wait…
Loved Craig's take on social media. Reminds me of Mike Tyson's quote "Social media made y'all way too comfortable with disrespecting people and not getting punched in the face for it."
Joke stealer
Simple: He was FUNNY and his show was GOOD...
Until this interview I despised Craig Ferguson. His show was so boring. Chicks looking slutty or teasing is OK but all the freaking time. It was absolute crap. Here he sounds real and is naturally entertaining. Glad I visited here and saw him talking sense. And he has a great sense of humour.
Family Guy did this bit already.
Most people don't watch family guy.
I have visited one of her bakeries in Charleston, tried the amazing cheddar biscuit! I also personally met Carrie Morey in her lovely home, her story is fun and inspiring!
I LOVE CARRIE❣️ Her products are TOP NOTCH🎉 She is a true 💎 You three are fabulous together. Thanks for the conversation❤️🔥👏🏻✌🏻
I want to do a Melissa Villaseñor impression. Part of the impression is going into another impression
throwing the bowling ball is actually a Scottish sport.
Jesus Christ, still freaking hilarious. Loved the interview and am happy to see and hear him again
